Welcome to the Georgia Delta Chapter of Phi Delta Theta at Georgia Tech!

Phi Delta Theta was founded in 1848 by six college men who wanted to form a strong brotherhood. Since then, Phi Delt has initiated over two hundred thousand men across all fifty states and six Canadian provinces. Some notable alumni include first man on the moon Neil Armstrong, MLB Hall of Famer Lou Gehrig, and President of the United States Benjamin Harrison.

Our chapter is the Georgia Delta Chapter of Phi Delta Theta. It was installed on June 11, 1902, making it the oldest continually active fraternity on Georgia Tech’s campus. Since that date, we have initiated over 2,200 men who have proudly represented us in various student organizations ranging from the Varsity Football Team to the Student Government Association.
